Alteration of Memorandum / Article of Association

Any changes in the the Memorandum of Association in respect to Name Clause, Registered office Clause, Object Clause, Capital Clause etc need to be amend as per the requirements from time to time.

Such amendment will be done by seeking consent of Members by passing Special Resolution or Ordinary Resolution as the case may be. For this requisite forms need to file with Roc within prescribed time limit.
